Returns and Refunds:

14-Day Return Policy: We offer a 14-day return window for any unsatisfactory purchases. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, with items unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled anytime before shipping for a full refund. If shipped, you may still cancel and return the item within 14 days of receipt; however, return shipping fees will apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund upon receipt of the damaged product.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll provide return instructions and send the correct product at no extra charge.

Shipping and Handling:

Return Shipping Fees: For returns due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we’ll cover the return shipping. For other returns or cancellations, customers cover return shipping costs.

Weather-Related Damages: Please avoid ground delivery during extreme weather, as we are not liable for damage from heat or freezing. If preferred, we can hold your order until weather improves at no cost.

Exclusions:

High-Alcohol Content Products: Alcoholic beverages over 70% alcohol (140 proof) are not eligible for shipping. Additionally, we do not ship beverages over 24% alcohol (48 proof) by air.
