Product Availability: All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Product Descriptions: We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our site are complete, current, or error-free.

Bottle Size: All bottles are 750ml unless otherwise stated. For Blanton’s, typically a 700ml bottling is available, but we sometimes have the 750ml.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is the final price.

Payment: We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and other payment services as specified at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: We offer nationwide shipping across the United States. Delivery times are estimated at 4-5 business days within the US and may vary for international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Proof of Age: By law, all alcohol deliveries require proof of age upon delivery. The recipient must be 21 years of age or older and provide a valid ID and signature.

Shipping Restrictions: Alcoholic beverages with more than 70% alcohol content or 140 proof cannot be shipped. Products with less than 24% alcohol content are exempt from hazardous materials regulations and can be shipped via ground or air, depending on the destination.

Weather Conditions: We are not responsible for any damage caused by extreme weather conditions during shipping if ground delivery is selected. Customers may request that their order be held until conditions improve.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. If the order has already shipped, a cancellation fee of 10% may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns: We offer a 14-day return policy. Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

Refunds: Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
